Event Description
The CSE Board is excited to announce a new collaboration with the BCC: a series of bi-monthly webinars designed to fit into your morning coffee break. Each session will run for approximately an hour – featuring an introduction, 30-45-minute talk and a 10-minute Q&A. The webinars will be hosted on Zoom, with no registration or attendance fees.

Biography:
John Weisend II is a Senior Accelerator Engineer and Group Leader at the European Spallation Source specializing in large scale cryogenics and He II. He is the Chair of the Cryogenic Society of America and the International Cryogenic Engineering Conference Board. He is Editor-in-Chief of the journal Interactions. His books include: Superfluid, He is for Helium, The Handbook of Cryogenic Engineering (ed), Cryostat Design (ed), and Cryogenic Safety (with T. Peterson).
