Rankine 2020 - Advances in Cooling, Heating and Power Generation

The Institute of Refrigeration (IOR) will be hosting the International Institute of Refrigeration Conference "Rankine 2020 - Advances in Cooling, Heating and Power Generation", timed to coincide with the bi-centenary of the birth of William Rankine. It will mark the legacy of WJM Rankine whose name is now synonymous with power generation cycles. The event is being organised in association with the Knowledge Center for Organic Rankine Cycle (KCORC) and IESIS.

"Rankine 2020" will bring together the disciplines of Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) and Refrigeration Air Conditioning and Heat Pumps (RACHP) to encourage the flow of ideas between the two fields. It will provide a forum to discuss the shared environmental challenges being faced, the solutions being proposed and the difficulties in choosing the most efficient working fluids.

Deadline for Abstract Submission is the 20th of September 2019.
